After a successful start of the event season with an overall victory at Formula Student Switzerland, it was time for international competitions against teams worldwide in Austria, Hungary and Germany. In the process, castor succeeded in achieving the best AMZ result of the last 5 years and secured 2nd place out of 71 participants in Formula Student Germany. In addition, mythen, the car of 2019, succeeded in setting a new world record in accelerating an electric car after one year of development and a fully optimized drivetrain with additional power for the rear axle and a revolutionary aerodynamic concept. On September 01, mythen was able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 0.956 seconds, beating the previous record of 1.461s by over half a second.
